Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume.

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee changes, modifications, or cancellations.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers located in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 7–15 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, public holidays, and transportation disruptions.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow up to 5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update within carrier systems.

Delayed Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Lost Packages

If a package appears lost in transit, customers must contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Delivered Packages

Orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier will generally be considered successfully delivered. If you believe a delivered package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates.
