Right of Withdrawal (UK Customers)

Customers located in the United Kingdom may exercise their statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must:

  • Contact us in writing within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Clearly state their order number and intention to withdraw from the purchase.
  • Return the item within 14 calendar days of notifying us of their withdrawal request.
  • Return the item unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and included materials.

Withdrawal requests submitted after the 14-day withdrawal period will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to reduce any refund amount to reflect any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products returned damaged by the customer.
  • Products returned with missing parts, accessories, packaging, or documentation.
  • Products showing signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.
  • Products returned without prior withdrawal notification.
  • Products returned outside the required return period.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

 

 

 

Voluntary Return Policy (United States Customers)

For customers located in the United States, returns and order cancellations are accepted solely at our discretion and in accordance with the conditions below.

Customers wishing to request a return must contact us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 14 calendar days from delivery will not be considered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, tags, inserts, and included materials must be returned.
  • Proof of purchase and order number must be provided.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged items.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Items returned after the 14-day return request period.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, or promotional products unless required by law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once a return is received and inspected, we reserve the right to approve or deny the return request. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable shipping, handling, processing, restocking, or transaction fees where permitted by law.

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier will not be considered lost. Claims relating to theft, loss after delivery, or delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier where applicable.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these return conditions.

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect product selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
