Voluntary Return Policy
For customers located in the United States, returns and order cancellations are accepted solely at our discretion and in accordance with the conditions below.
Customers wishing to request a return must contact us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 14 calendar days from delivery will not be considered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, tags, inserts, and included materials must be returned.
- Proof of purchase and order number must be provided.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used or damaged items.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Items returned after the 14-day return request period.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, or promotional products unless required by law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once a return is received and inspected, we reserve the right to approve or deny the return request. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable shipping, handling, processing, restocking, or transaction fees where permitted by law.
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier will not be considered lost. Claims relating to theft, loss after delivery, or delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier where applicable.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these return conditions.
We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect product selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
